Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You had spinal surgery at least 6 weeks ago, if applicable.
  • Your arm and hand strength falls within a specific range (not too weak, not too strong).
  • You are medically stable, can think clearly, and breathe on your own.
  • You attend upper limb therapy at the Queen Elizabeth National Spinal Injuries Unit.
  • You can sit upright for more than 2 hours a day.
