Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You had spinal surgery at least 6 weeks ago, if applicable.
- Your arm and hand strength falls within a specific range (not too weak, not too strong).
- You are medically stable, can think clearly, and breathe on your own.
- You attend upper limb therapy at the Queen Elizabeth National Spinal Injuries Unit.
- You can sit upright for more than 2 hours a day.
