- You are pregnant (with type 2 diabetes or without diabetes) or are a biological parent of a child at risk for type 2 diabetes.
- You identify as Indigenous (Cree, Oji-Cree, Métis, Anishinaabe) and live in the Island Lake region of Manitoba.
- You will give birth in Manitoba.
- You or your child do not have type 1 diabetes.
