HFpEF - Heart Failure With Preserved Ejection Fraction

Who can take part

  • You are between 35 and 70 years old.
  • You have a sedentary lifestyle (sitting more than 6 hours a day or getting less than 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week).
  • You have been diagnosed with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) and have been stable for at least a month.
  • You are ready and willing to start an exercise program to improve your health.
  • You do not have any heart or lung problems that would make exercise testing unsafe.
