Who can take part

  • You or your legal guardian must agree to the study and sign a consent form.
  • You must be between 3 and 75 years old.
  • You must have acute leukemia that has come back after treatment or has not responded to standard chemotherapy.
  • You should be well enough to perform daily activities (ECOG score 0-2) and have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
  • Your cancer cells must show a certain marker (CD19, BCMA, or CD70) and at least 5% blasts in bone marrow.
  • Your heart, kidney, liver, lungs, and blood counts must meet minimum function levels.
  • You cannot have had prior CAR-T therapy or certain other treatments recently.
  • You cannot have severe heart problems, active infections, or uncontrolled graft-versus-host disease (GVHD).
