- You are 18 or older
- You are scheduled or on the path to get a kidney transplant
- Your surgery is at least 4 weeks away from now
- You have internet access and an email address
- You can read and speak English
- You do not have a severe heart condition that limits walking or causes fainting, and you haven't had a heart attack in the last 6 weeks
- You have a phone or cell phone
- You are able to make your own decisions about participating
