Who can take part
- You have type 2 diabetes with an A1c of 6.5 or higher.
- You have a Wagner grade 1 diabetic foot ulcer (a shallow, non-infected sore).
- You have reduced feeling in your feet, confirmed by a tuning fork and a monofilament test (scoring less than 8 out of 10).
- You have had diabetes for more than 10 years.
- You are between 40 and 60 years old.
- You do not have serious cognitive issues, active infections, or other major health problems like cancer or severe kidney disease.
