- You have diabetes
- You have a diabetic foot ulcer that is grade I, II, or III and stage A (not infected or deep)
- You are at least 18 years old
- You do not have a pacemaker or any metal implants in your body
- You do not have severe kidney disease or severe poor leg circulation
- You have not taken part in another treatment study in the past 4 weeks
