Two new drugs for advanced lung cancer without EGFR or ALK

Who can take part

  • Your lung cancer must be advanced (spread to nearby tissues or other parts of the body) and cannot be a type called small cell.
  • You must not have certain gene changes called EGFR or ALK in your cancer.
  • You need to be willing to provide a small piece of tumor tissue for testing.
  • You should be able to do most of your daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
  • Your blood, liver, kidney, and clotting function must be working well enough as determined by blood tests.
  • If you are able to have children, you must agree to use effective birth control during the study and for a period after.
