New lymph node surgery for early testicular cancer vs. standard care

Who can take part

  • You are a man aged 18 years or older.
  • You have a suspected testicular germ cell tumor based on exam and ultrasound, with or without abnormal tumor markers.
  • Scans of your chest and abdomen show no signs of cancer spread (stage I).
  • You are able to have surgery to remove the affected testicle.
  • You can understand the study and agree to follow its procedures.
