  • You have moderate to severe knee pain that is present most days (at least 15 days in the past month).
  • You have knee osteoarthritis confirmed by X-ray, with bone spurs and narrowed joint space.
  • You have tried other treatments (like painkillers, physical therapy, or injections) that did not work well enough.
