Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 18 and 75 years old, either before or after menopause.
  • Your breast cancer is both hormone receptor-positive (HR+) and HER2-positive.
  • Your cancer is locally advanced (cannot be removed by surgery) or has spread to other parts of the body.
  • You have already been treated with trastuzumab and a taxane chemotherapy drug.
  • You have had 1 or 2 prior treatments for your advanced cancer.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans, and your overall health is good (ECOG score 0-2).
