  • You are 16 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with bilateral vestibulopathy or presbyvestibulopathy (long-term dizziness and balance issues).
  • You are willing to have an MRI scan and can follow study instructions.
  • You are not currently taking certain medications for dizziness or mental health conditions.
  • You do not have severe heart, lung, or other major health problems that could affect the study.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
