Who can take part
- Your child is between 7 and 12 years old.
- Your child has lazy eye (amblyopia) in only one eye, not both.
- The vision in the lazy eye is between 20/20 and 20/200 (better than legal blindness).
- The other eye (the good one) has normal or near-normal vision (20/20 or better).
- Your child's glasses prescription has been stable (no big changes) for the past 6 months.
- Your child has not had eye surgery or a serious eye injury in the past.
