Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with nephrotic syndrome (low albumin and high protein in urine) caused by a first occurrence of minimal change disease
  • Your MCD diagnosis is confirmed by a kidney biopsy
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and agree to use contraception if applicable
  • You do not have a recent infection like hepatitis B, C, or HIV
  • You have not had certain prior treatments like B cell therapies or cyclophosphamide recently
