  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have had ITP for at least 3 months.
  • Standard treatments (like steroids or IVIG) have not worked or stopped working for you.
  • Your platelet count is below 30,000 (on two separate tests before the study starts).
  • You are otherwise stable and able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0–2).
