This trial tests a new drug called saruparib combined with a standard hormone therapy for men with metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer who have already been treated with docetaxel or Lu-PSMA therapy and whose PSA level is at least 0.2. The goal is to see if the combination can keep cancer from progressing.

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with prostate cancer that has spread and is still hormone-sensitive.
  • You have already received treatment with docetaxel or Lu-PSMA within the past 6 months, and it did not cause your cancer to progress.
  • Your most recent PSA test (within 14 days before starting the trial) was 0.2 ng/mL or higher.
  • You are still getting hormone therapy (ADT) or have had your testicles removed surgically, and your testosterone level is very low.
  • You are willing to provide a tumor tissue sample and a blood sample for genetic testing.
