Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have a cervical (neck-level) spinal cord injury, also called tetraplegia.
  • You have been playing wheelchair rugby for at least 12 months.
  • You have been training with your team for at least 3 months.
  • You do not have muscle pain, wounds, or skin sores on the treatment area.
  • You are not a recreational athlete (you play competitively).
