Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have a cervical (neck-level) spinal cord injury, also called tetraplegia.
- You have been playing wheelchair rugby for at least 12 months.
- You have been training with your team for at least 3 months.
- You do not have muscle pain, wounds, or skin sores on the treatment area.
- You are not a recreational athlete (you play competitively).
