Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must have a spinal cord injury classified as ASIA level A, B, C, or D.
  • You must use a wheelchair for at least 75% of getting around outside your home.
  • You must be currently getting little to no moderate or strenuous exercise (like sports or recreational activities).
  • You must not have heart problems like chest pain or a heart attack in the past year.
  • You must be able to lift your arms above 45 degrees and not have severe arm pain or stiffness.
