Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with CRPS type I (a specific type of chronic pain condition) in your hand after an injury like a fracture, surgery, or immobilization.
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • Your CRPS started from an injury to your hand or arm, not from a stroke.
  • You are willing to take part and sign a consent form.
  • You do not have other conditions that would affect your recovery, such as severe heart or kidney problems, cancer, arthritis in the hand, or blood clots in the arm.
