Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 70 years old.
- You must have been diagnosed with DLBCL (a type of lymphoma) and have not received any treatment for it yet.
- Your cancer must be at stage II, III, or IV (spread to more than one place in the body).
- You must have a score of 3 or higher on the IPI (a standard risk score for lymphoma), or a score of 1-2 with a high LDH level or a large tumor.
- You must be willing to use birth control if you or your partner could become pregnant.
- You cannot have other types of lymphoma, active infections, serious heart problems, or certain other medical conditions.
