Part of Brain & nervous system, Hormones & metabolism, Pain clinical trials.
This trial tests an extended-release version of pregabalin (a pain medication) for people with long-term nerve pain caused by diabetes or shingles. It aims to see if this once-daily pill can reduce pain with fewer side effects.

This Phase 3 study tests Praga formulation to see if it safely reduces nerve pain caused by diabetes. You may qualify if you’re an adult with painful diabetic neuropathy and have certain symptom and pain scores on questionnaires.
This trial tests a two-step procedure for treating nerve pain after shingles (called postherpetic neuralgia). First, a special type of radiofrequency treatment is applied to block the pain signals. Then, a long-lasting numbing medicine is injected under the skin to help keep the pain away. It is for people aged 40 to 85 who have not gotten enough relief from standard medicines.
This trial tests a new medicine called HRS-2129 for people with long-term nerve pain caused by diabetes. It aims to see if the drug can safely reduce pain.
This trial tests an experimental drug (HSK16149) for people with long-term diabetic nerve pain that hasn't been helped enough by pregabalin. It aims to see if the new capsule can reduce pain more effectively.
This trial tests a new tablet called HL-1186 for treating post-herpetic neuralgia (long-lasting pain after shingles). It compares the new drug to pregabalin, a standard treatment, to see if it's safer and more effective.
This trial tests whether adding esketamine to two standard pain medicines (pregabalin and duloxetine) can better treat nerve pain from shingles that persists for months. It's for people whose pain hasn't improved enough with pregabalin alone.
