Who can take part
- You had a stroke (bleeding or clot) that happened more than 6 months ago.
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You can walk without someone holding you, even if you use a cane or walker.
- You do not have other medical issues (like broken bones, vision problems, or nerve problems) that affect your balance.
- You do not have epilepsy (seizures).
- You are able to understand and follow simple exercise instructions.
