Virtual reality balance training for stroke recovery

Who can take part

  • You had a stroke (bleeding or clot) that happened more than 6 months ago.
  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You can walk without someone holding you, even if you use a cane or walker.
  • You do not have other medical issues (like broken bones, vision problems, or nerve problems) that affect your balance.
  • You do not have epilepsy (seizures).
  • You are able to understand and follow simple exercise instructions.
