Who can take part
- You are 13 to 17 years old
- Your BMI is at or above the 95th percentile, or you have a BMI above the 85th percentile with risk factors like family history of type 2 diabetes or certain ethnic backgrounds
- You have not had structured nutritional counseling in the past 3 months
- You or your family have a smartphone (or can use a study-provided one) for the CGM and communication
- You are willing to wear a CGM, attend study visits, and do lab tests
- You do not have diabetes or an HbA1c of 6.5% or higher
