Who can take part
- You must be 14 years or older.
- You must have a type of kidney cancer called TFE3-rearranged renal cell carcinoma (confirmed by genetic testing).
- Your cancer must have spread to other parts of the body or be locally advanced (stage IV).
- You must not have had certain prior treatments (immunotherapy like PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors, or targeted therapy like TKI or mTORi) for more than about 2 weeks.
- You must be generally well enough to care for yourself (ECOG score 0–2) and have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
- Your organs must be functioning well enough (kidney, liver, and blood counts) as determined by blood tests.
