Who can take part

  • You are between 45 and 65 years old.
  • You have Stage III (severe) gum disease, as diagnosed by a dentist.
  • You have not taken probiotics, prebiotics, or fiber supplements in the last 6 months.
  • You have not taken antibiotics in the last 6 months.
  • You do not have uncontrolled diabetes or an autoimmune disease.
  • You have at least 20 of your natural teeth left.
