  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have genu varum (bow-leggedness) for which surgery is recommended.
  • You can stand on your own for x-rays.
  • You have not had any leg surgery in the past year.
  • Your bowing is not caused by Blount’s disease, rickets, or other bone diseases.
  • You are willing to come for follow-up visits.
