- You are between 20 and 40 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with bow legs (genu varum), meaning the gap between your knees when standing is at least 3 cm (about an inch).
- You have had no pain, injury, or surgery on your legs in the last 6 months.
- You can walk on your own without help.
- You do not have nerve or muscle problems that affect walking or posture.
- You are not currently taking medicines that affect muscles or blood flow.
- You do not have any conditions (like blood clots or cancer) that make shockwave therapy or the use of tight blood-flow-restricting cuffs unsafe.
