Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have mild hemophilia A or B (your clotting factor level is between 5% and 40%).
  • You are not taking any preventive clotting factor treatments (like regular injections or emicizumab).
  • You do not have acquired hemophilia (hemophilia that started later in life).
  • You do not have an uncontrolled condition that affects your joints (like active rheumatoid arthritis).
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or legally unable to make your own medical decisions.
