  • You are between 20 and 50 years old.
  • You need to have a lower first or second molar pulled and replaced with a dental implant right away.
  • You have enough jaw bone to place the implant without extra bone grafting.
  • You have good oral hygiene and are willing to come back for follow-up visits.
  • You do not smoke or use tobacco.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
