  • You are between 25 and 45 years old.
  • You are in good general health and have healthy gums.
  • You are a non-smoker or smoke fewer than 5 cigarettes a day.
  • You have good oral hygiene and healthy teeth, and you need a lower back molar removed that can't be saved.
  • Your jawbone has enough bone and space for the implant.
