Who can take part
- You are between 40 and 65 years old.
- You have had a stroke within the last few weeks to months (subacute stage).
- You can sit without using your arms for at least 30 seconds.
- Your arm and leg muscles are not too tight (spasticity level below 2 on the Ashworth scale).
- You have no severe heart problems, memory loss, or other conditions that would prevent participation.
