Who can take part

  • You have had a stroke that caused weakness on one side of your body
  • You are between 45 and 65 years old
  • You can stand on your own for at least 1 minute
  • You can walk 10 meters (about 33 feet) with or without a cane or walker
  • You have no serious heart problems, fixed ankle or foot stiffness, or other balance issues from conditions like Parkinson's
