Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have acute leukemia (AML, ALL, or mixed lineage) that has not improved after standard treatment or has returned after prior therapy.
- Your leukemia has a specific genetic change called KMT2A translocation, NUP98 translocation, or NPM1c mutation.
- Your blood counts and organ functions are within acceptable levels.
- You have not had other cancer treatment within the last 2 weeks (except drugs to lower white blood cell count).
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding and agree to use effective birth control if applicable.
