Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have acute leukemia (AML, ALL, or mixed lineage) that has returned or not responded to treatment.
  • You must have one of three specific gene changes: KMT2A, NUP98, or NPM1c.
  • You must be at least 2 weeks past your last leukemia treatment and recovered from side effects.
  • You must have adequate liver, kidney, and heart function.
  • You must agree to use effective birth control if you or your partner could become pregnant.
