Who can take part
- Be at least 18 years old (or 12–18 years old only for certain AML parts) and able to give informed consent
- Have the right type of blood cancer, such as AML (but not acute promyelocytic leukemia) or certain relapsed/refractory leukemias/lymphomas/CLL (with specific subtypes excluded)
- Not be a candidate for stem cell transplant at the time of screening (for the relapsed/refractory groups)
- Have acceptable blood counts and organ function tests (liver, kidneys, and pancreas) and be well enough to function at an ECOG score of 0–2
- Use effective birth control during treatment and for a set time after the last dose (and don’t be pregnant or breastfeeding)
