  • You have heart failure and receive care at certain district hospitals in Rwanda (Butaro, Kirehe, or Rwinkwavu hospitals).
  • You are able to say you want to join the study (or if you are under 18, a parent or caregiver can say yes for you).
  • If you are a child age 10 or older, you and your parent or caregiver both agree to take part.
