Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have had chronic heart failure for more than 3 months.
- Your heart's pumping ability (ejection fraction) is 40% or less.
- You had a heart attack more than 3 months ago.
- You are currently on stable heart failure medications (like ACE inhibitors, beta-blockers, etc.) for at least 2 weeks without dose changes.
