  • You are 65 years or older.
  • You have at least one sign of pre-sarcopenia, like muscle weakness, slower walking, or low muscle mass.
  • You live in Hualien, Taiwan.
  • You can read and communicate in Mandarin Chinese.
  • You do not have an injury in your knee, hip, or lower back that would stop you from doing squats.
