Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have had insomnia for at least 3 months, with trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking too early at least 3 nights per week.
- You have been taking one specific BZRA medicine for insomnia at least 3 nights per week for the past month.
- You are not satisfied with your current sleep medicine or have side effects that make you want to change.
- You do not have severe depression or anxiety (scores below 17 and 14), other sleep disorders, or long-term BZRA use over 3 years.
