  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You had an ischemic stroke more than 3 months ago.
  • You can sit up, lie on your back, and lie on either side.
  • You can walk on your own or with a walking aid.
  • You can understand and agree to take part, or have someone legally authorized to help.
  • You are willing to get text messages or emails to complete surveys.
