Exercise for sleep and mood in college students

  • You are between 18 and 23 years old.
  • You are not a physical education major.
  • You are right-handed.
  • You have not been diagnosed with a mental health condition and do not take any medications for mood, sleep, or focus.
  • You have no history of head injury or chronic physical illness.
  • You are able to exercise safely.
