Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer.
  • You have not had any prior treatment for this cancer.
  • You are able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have at least one tumor outside the brain that can be measured on a scan.
  • You do not have untreated or worsening brain metastases.
