Who can take part
- You must have advanced lung adenocarcinoma (a type of non-small cell lung cancer) with an LKB1 mutation.
- You must have tried and not responded to a prior immunotherapy (like Keytruda or Opdivo) and at least one round of chemotherapy for advanced disease.
- You must be 18 or older and have a good performance status (ECOG 0 or 1), meaning you can carry out daily activities with little or no help.
- You must be able to swallow pills and have adequate kidney, liver, and blood cell counts.
- You cannot have unstable brain metastases, active autoimmune conditions, or certain eye or heart problems.
