Who can take part
- You are an adult (18 years or older).
- You have both sleep apnea (moderate to severe) and insomnia, as diagnosed by your doctor.
- You have never used a CPAP machine or taken daridorexant for these conditions, or you haven't used them for more than 5 years.
- Your doctor has prescribed both a CPAP machine and a medication called daridorexant as part of your treatment plan.
- You are willing to participate and have signed a consent form.
- You are not participating in this study just because you are a staff member under the principal investigator's supervision.
