- Age 18–65 years old
- Diagnosed obstructive sleep apnea confirmed by two sleep studies
- Unable to use, unwilling to use, or cannot tolerate CPAP machine therapy
- No recent major surgery on airways, jaw, or stomach (within 6 months)
- Willing to use effective birth control (if able to become pregnant) and avoid cannabis outside the study drug
- No severe depression, anxiety, liver disease, kidney disease, or heart problems
