Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 40 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with jaw joint problems (temporomandibular joint dysfunction).
- You are scheduled to have a minimally invasive procedure called arthrocentesis to wash out the joint.
- You are able to have an ultrasound exam of your cheek muscle.
- You have not had prior jaw surgery, trauma, tumors, or infections in that area.
