  • You are 18 to 75 years old.
  • You have had ulcerative colitis for at least 3 months, confirmed by a colonoscopy and biopsy.
  • Your colitis is moderate to severe, affecting at least 15 cm of your colon from the anus.
  • You have tried other treatments (like biologics or conventional therapies) that did not work.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use birth control if needed.
