Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 or older.
- You have been diagnosed with HR-positive/HER2-negative breast cancer that has spread to the brain (confirmed by imaging).
- Your brain tumors do not need immediate surgery or radiation.
- You have had no more than 3 prior treatments for advanced breast cancer, and no more than 1 line of chemotherapy or antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) therapy.
- You have not taken CDK4/6 inhibitors for advanced disease, or if you have, you took them for more than 6 months (1 line only).
- You have not previously taken drugs that block blood vessel growth (anti-angiogenic agents) or culmerciclib.
