Who can take part

  • Female, aged 18–75, and postmenopausal or willing to take an LHRH agonist (a hormone injection) if still menstruating
  • Diagnosed with HR-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer with spread to the brain (not suitable for surgery or standard chemotherapy)
  • At least one brain tumor ≥1 cm visible on MRI scan
  • Good overall health (ECOG performance status 0–2) with expected survival of at least 12 weeks
  • Normal blood counts and organ function (kidney, liver, heart) based on recent lab tests
  • No prior whole-brain radiation, severe brain symptoms, leptomeningeal disease, or serious uncontrolled infections
