Who can take part

  • You are over 18 years old.
  • You have a type of prostate cancer that no longer responds to hormone therapy (castration-resistant) and has a specific change in the androgen receptor gene.
  • You have had at least one prior hormone therapy (like enzalutamide or abiraterone) for your prostate cancer.
  • You have not had more than one prior chemotherapy regimen (like docetaxel or cabazitaxel) for your cancer.
  • You have not been treated with an AR degrader or similar drug before.
  • You are willing to provide a tumor biopsy during screening.
