  • You are scheduled for lung cancer surgery using a camera (thoracoscopic)
  • You are between 18 and 80 years old
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18 and 30
  • You are in good general health (ASA class 1 to 3)
  • You have no allergies to local anesthetics or the study drug
  • You have no history of opioid abuse, skin infection at the injection site, nerve infection, or bleeding problems
